Our Queen Bee Ghost Pepper Honey is unprocessed and has a light, sweet flavor and a heavy floral accent like our Regular, but infused with Ghost Peppers from our garden. The Ghost Pepper is the spiciest of our spicy offerings. The Gallberry Plant is native to the coastal Southeast United States, and is a member of the Holly family. Great for everyday consumption, cooking, baking and grilling.
