Our Queen Bee That Pepper Honey is unprocessed and has a light, sweet flavor and a heavy floral accent like our Regular, but infused with Thai Peppers from our garden. The Thai is the least spicy of our honey pepper offerings. The Gallberry Plant is native to the coastal Southeast United States, and is a member of the Holly family. Great for everyday consumption, cooking, baking and grilling.
